Radius Services was started in 1986 with the purpose of making the building permit application process easier and quicker. We provide area maps, process and edit owner and occupant data that is physically verified. Each site that requires occupant notification is physically verified to confirm every listed or unlisted address, in-law unit, and address / unit number sequence of buildings included in the specified area. 

We work with a wide range of customers from property and business owners to seasoned professionals to provide notification materials. Architects, builders, contractors, and real estate professionals of varied specializations and disciplines have been using Radius Services for over 30 years and we are proud to work with them. The San Francisco permitting and notification process is nuanced and we strive to meet the requirements and timing constraints unique to every job.
